Kim Wilde

European Tour 2024

Kim Wilde lives up to her name. Her songs are wild, but at the same time sensitive. In short, she makes songs you just want to sing along during her concert at Stadsschouwburg Antwerpen!

Kim Wilde has a career that, after a break in the 1990s, has seen a striking rebirth.

Her most recent feat is the European tour "Here Come The Aliens" from 2019 to 2022, in honor of the album of the same name she released a year earlier. Belgian Kim Wilde fans were also at her feet during that tour, confirming with their frenzied ovations that the pop icon from the 'good old eighties' is far from over.

Kim Wilde's musical career got off to a stormy start in 1981, when she immediately scored a worldwide hit with "Kids in America". More new wave bangers followed, such as the classics "Never Trust A Stranger," "Cambodia," "You Keep Me Hangin' On," "You Came," and the riveting "Anyplace, Anywhere, Anytime," which she sang with German rock artist Nena.

Many of the gems from her repertoire, which counts 14 studio albums and more than 30 million records sold, will be heard during the Greatest Hits Tour. But newer work from her latest "Here Come The Aliens" album will also be featured.

The songs "Pop Don't Stop," "Kandy Krush" and "Birthday" quickly became hits on the international radio charts after the album's release. A sign that among the new generations of 21st century pop artists, Kim Wilde is still a phenomenon in the music world!
